Dr. Schrubbe earned her Bachelor of Science, Masters in Education and PhD from Marquette
University and holds a current dental hygiene license in the state of Wisconsin. Her core expertise is in compliance; specifically, OSHA and infection control as it relates to the practice of dentistry. She is an experienced clinician, having served in corporate dentistry on an executive team as a director of quality assurance, and has over 30 years of experience in dental education at Marquette University School of Dentistry as a faculty member in various clinical departments. Most recently Dr. Schrubbe served as part of the school's clinic administration responsible for OSHA and HIPAA compliance, risk management and quality assurance.
Dr. Schrubbe's passion and excitement for OSHA and dental infection control make her a sought-out speaker of continuing education and training programs for local and national dental organizations, dental societies, schools of dentistry as well as private practice. She has also worked with the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) to provide individualized continued training and education for dentists with licensure issues that have been given state order directives.

Services
OSHA requires that all dental healthcare personnel be trained on an annual basis. Dr. Schrubbe specializes in helping practices implement and maintain compliance to current federal regulations and best practices for infection prevention, while at the same time promoting staff and patient safety. She has spent her career working in both the public and private sectors on exactly these areas.

In-Office required annual OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens training.
Compliance Audits and Walk-through Assessments of dental practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for corrective action.
